Hospitality and Catering

Hospitality and Catering homework is set on a half termly basis via a booklet, with some tasks set online via Google Classroom ie online quizzes. The homework is based on the themes of each terms learning and supports the learning in the lessons.

Students should complete one homework task each week. Each homework booklet must be completed and handed in online by the due date for marking.

These homework booklets will form part of their revision materials for year 11.
