To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week (which also happens to be right in the middle of exam season!), students and staff are invited to attend a one-off lunchtime Meditation and Calming Techniques workshop to learn more about managing stressful situations and general wellbeing.
The workshop will take place in the Community Lounge at 1:10 (next to the Theatre), giving everyone time to have lunch and get changed into comfortable clothing. Equipment is provided, however you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you have one!
You do not need any previous experience.
