On 14th November, we were delighted to have entrepreneur Kieran Miles visit our Year 9 students to talk about raising aspirations and the wide range of opportunities available to them. Kieran is a local entrepreneur and is based in Norwich. He began making money when he was 17 years old when he created an under 18 night club and events business. He now runs a clothing brand, Duco, which specialises in sports clothing and has won numerous awards for his dedication to business and entrepreneurship. Duco will also be sponsoring the GBR Olympics Sports Team for the next 5 years! Year 9 students enjoyed tales from his younger life, his previous business ventures and had the opportunity to ask questions about aspirations, goals and careers. Staff and students would like to thank Kieran for taking the time to come in to Benjamin Britten to talk to us.
